Ticket Policies

  • The on-site box office opens one hour before each performance.
  • Advance tickets are available at the Orchestra Kentucky office at 1046 Elm Street, by calling 270.846.2426 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), or online at www.OrchestraKentucky.com (24 hours a day).
  • Orchestra Kentucky accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Online and telephone orders may be placed using those credit cards.
  • Ticket handling fees are included in ticket price. If tickets are mailed, a charge of 60 cents will be added to the order. Kentucky’s 6% sales tax will be added to each order.
  • The box office cannot hold reservations without payment.
  • All ticket sales are final. In the case of a cancelled event, patrons will receive a refund for the price of their ticket(s), not including any service fees or shipping costs.
  • Tickets that will not be used may be returned to the Orchestra Kentucky box office as a tax deductible contribution equal to the cost of the tickets. Please turn in tickets at least 48 hours prior to the performance to enable resale.
  • Generally, there are no ticket exchanges. If more than one performance of a concert is presented, however, ticket holders may exchange their ticket(s) in person, for another performance, no later than 48 hours prior to the concert date on their ticket. The box office must have the ticket(s) to make an exchange.
  • Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and be able to sit in a seat.
  • Children’s ticket prices for patrons under 18 are available.
